Relax. Refresh. Recharge.
Many of us have heard the following statement “Studies have shown that a one-hour full body massage is the equivalent of eight hours sleep for your muscles.” While this statement is most likely false, our clients do use massage to help them relax, refresh and recharge their bodies to help them better handle the stress of work and family life.
Our sports massage service is another popular choice for our clients. Sports massage can be used for pre and post-event tune-ups, improve athletic performance, speed recovery, and help to prevent injuries. Whether you are a runner, a triathlete, a CrossFit athlete, or a weekend warrior our therapists are trained to help you reach your next personal record.
We ask a lot of our bodies and regular massage is another tool to help you perform your best at work, sport, and life!
